We cannot give free behavior or training advice/suggestions over the
phone or by email for dogs we have not worked with or evaluated in person.
 Thank-you for understanding.  

If you called or emailed and did not receive a reply within 24 hours, please try again.  We may not
have received your message for some reason or it may have fallen into one of the troubleshooting
areas below.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.  

PHONE:  
Please be aware that we are very often out of the office at training sessions and traveling
between appointments.  Leave a message!  We WILL return your call just as soon as we can, usually
within a couple hours but occasionally it may take us up to 24 hours.

We teach group classes in the evenings and because of this, it may be difficult to get in touch with us
after 4p - when most people are home and available to make/answer calls.  Calls and messages left
after 4p may not be returned until the next day.  

TIPS:  
- Be sure to leave your first and last name when leaving a message.  This way we can look you up in
the phone book if for some reason we cannot get your phone number.  Please speak slowly and
clearly and repeat your phone number.  Garbled messages can be hard to decipher.
- We do NOT have Caller ID so if you do not leave your phone number, we cannot return your call.  
Believe it not, we occasionally get calls from people saying 'I'm interested in training, call me back'
with no name or phone number.
- We return calls during our business hours (see above).  If you will not be able to take a call during
this time, please leave us a number where we can leave a voice message on an answering machine
or better yet, email us.

EMAIL is usually the fastest way to get in touch with us.  We check our email during and after
business hours and try to reply to emails as soon as we read them.  
TIPS:  
-
If you emailed and did not get a reply, be sure to check your spam mail box.  Many firewalls block
"good" as well as "bad" emails and this can be especially true if you are emailing from work.
- Be sure to spell our email address correctly.  It's pawsitiveresults @ verizon.net (remove spaces).  If
you spell it wrong, we won't get it.
- As mentioned above, emails with no subject line or with attachments are deleted due to the
concerns of computer viruses and spam.

Email
Because of concerns about emailed computer viruses and the amount of spam we receive,
please include "interested in dog training" or simply "dog training" in the subject line of your email.  
Emails with no subject will be deleted.  Do not email us attached photos of your dog - unless you
are already a client of Pawsitive Results.  If we don't recognize the email address, we will delete
the email and the attachment.

When emailing please include:
- Your dog's name, age, breed
- Problem you would like help with
or the training/behavior service you are interested in
- Your location for accurate pricing.
