- You must provide us with a copy of your dog's current vaccination record on the first night of class.  If you
do not bring this information, your dog will not be permitted to attend class.  If your d
og will be due for
boosters during the class, you will be asked to provide a copy of that as well.

- Dogs attending class must be in good health and be free of internal parasites (worms).  Dogs who have
been recently spayed/neutered and still have sutures, dogs who are vomiting, having diarrhea, acting
lethargic, are coughing, or having weeping eyes/nose should not attend class.

- Although not required, we recommend dogs are on some form of flea/tick preventative.

- Female dogs in heat may not attend class.  If your female goes into heat, you may continue to attend
class without her.

- Classes start promptly on time.  We do not offer "make-up" sessions for owners who miss a class.

- Do not allow dogs to run at each other or greet each other without direction from the Instructor.  Dogs
may play with each other only during designated "socialization time".

- Dogs wearing Red Bandannas require a minimum of 6' of space between them and other dogs/people.

- Everyone who lives with the dog is encouraged to attend class.  Children ages 5 and older are welcome
to attend class with their family however they must be supervised by an adult at all times.  We ask that
children remain seated during class and not walk or run across the training area.  Please remind your
children to always ask permission before petting someone else's dog.  Children who do not follow our
safety rules may be asked not to return to class.

- Children 12 years and older are welcome to handle the dog (so long as it doesn't pose a safety risk) but
must have an adult parent or guardian present at all times.

- Please remember to bring ample poop bags to clean up after your dog when necessary.

- Dress comfortably for class.  Classes are outside in the grass so high-heeled shoes or sandals are not
recommended.

- Please do not feed other people's dogs - they may be on a special diets or have food sensitivities.

- Classes are held outdoors and as a result, we are at the mercy of the weather.  We will hold class if it is
raining lightly but class will canceled if it is storming, raining heavily, or if the area is under a severe
weather warning.  If class is canceled due to rain, that class will be held the following week and the whole
class will end up running an extra week in length.  So be aware the stated end-date of class may or may
not be the day your dog graduates due to the weather.
CLASS REFUND POLICY
Because we limit the size of our classes to 6-8 dogs, they often fill up weeks in advance.  Please check
your calendar carefully to make sure the class you register for fits your schedule.

Class deposits/fees are non-refundable except in the following situations:
- If you choose to withdraw from class at least two weeks prior to the starting date.  This will allow us to
give that space to someone else.
- If an insufficient number of dogs signs up for that class.  In this case you may transfer your deposit/fee to
future class date or you may opt to have your deposit/fee refunded.

We
do not offer refunds of class deposits or class fees for any of the following reasons:
- If you choose to withdraw less than two weeks prior to the class starting date.
- If you choose to withdraw AFTER class has begun.
- If your dog misses classes due to being spayed/neutered.
- If your dog is excused from class for a behavior reason.  In this case, we will issue you a credit toward a
private training session in the amount of the remainder of your class fee.
